Hosted right in the heart of Culpeper, this community-driven event brought together local businesses, non-profits, and neighbors for a day full of connection, celebration, and Culpeper pride.
Representing Nhabit this year were Gigi Luu, Griselda Sanchez, and Amber Houska—a dynamic trio passionate about real estate, community, and helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. From answering questions about the current housing market to sharing tips for first-time buyers (including ITIN-friendly lending options), we loved every moment spent chatting with festivalgoers.
Our booth was buzzing all day long! We had giveaways, fun photo ops, and real estate resources in both English and Spanish, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and meeting the diverse needs of Culpeper and surrounding communities.
We’re so grateful to the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce and the many volunteers who made this event possible. Getting to participate in such a well-loved local tradition—and meet so many amazing people—was an honor.
