Homes spent an average of 29 days on the market, up from 18 days last year. This means buyers have a little more time to make decisions, though homes are still moving within about a month.
🏡 New Listings
There were 49 new listings in July, a 18.3% decrease from last year. With fewer homes available, competition among buyers may remain steady, especially for well-priced properties.
✅ Closed Sales
Only 42 sales closed in July, down 39.1% year-over-year. This drop suggests that even though prices are rising, fewer transactions are taking place—possibly due to affordability challenges and limited supply.
