💰 Home Prices Are Up
The median sold price in Culpeper hit $500,000 last month. That’s a 13.3% increase from April 2024! If you’re a homeowner, that’s great news—your home is likely worth more than it was a year ago.
⏳ Homes Are Sitting a Bit Longer
Homes took a little more time to sell in April. The median days on market was 17 days, which is 7 days longer than last year. Still, that’s just over two weeks on average—not bad at all.
🔐 More Homes Sold
There were 53 closed sales in April, up 15.2% from last year. That shows buyers are still out there and ready to make moves.
🏠 Fewer New Listings
Only 64 new listings hit the market in April—that’s down almost 25% from April 2024. With fewer homes available, competition could heat up for buyers.
